Rhythmscapes Mobile Privacy Policy

Nekologic operates the Rhythmscapes mobile game. This policy describes the privacy practices of the current iOS and Android release, version 0.3.5.

Data in the game

Rhythmscapes does not require an account. The game does not collect or share personal data with Nekologic or third parties. Advertising, gameplay analytics and cloud crash reporting are disabled in this release. The game does not access your location, contacts, camera or microphone.

Progress and settings

Your progress, scores, settings and dismissed introduction messages are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Nekologic. You can clear gameplay progress using Clear Progression Data in the game menu. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.

Children

Rhythmscapes is intended for players of all ages, including children under 13. The current game has no accounts, advertising, chat or social sharing features, and does not collect personal information from children or other players.

Contacting us

If you choose to contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's privacy or request deletion of information supplied in correspondence.

App stores and external websites

Google Play, the Apple App Store, and your device's operating system may process data independently under their own privacy policies. Visiting our website or contacting us is separate from playing the game. Our website's privacy policy is available at neko-logic.com/legal/privacy/.

Changes

We will update this policy if the mobile game's privacy practices change.
